Health & Medical Agreement
With the new Lufthansa Group Health & Medical Agreement, you will enjoy many benefits which you can pass on directly to your patients. The Agreement offers free rebooking and a discounted cancellation fee with Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, SWISS and Eurowings.
The product is available worldwide and can be used by patients including their travel partners as well as their medical companions. Also, we interface with Lufthansa Medical Operation Center for patients who need more intense medical care, e.g. stretcher, oxygen etc.
