The ballroom of the Westin Grand Munich is the heart of the conference area and offers 1,152 m² (12,400 ft²) of space for up to 1,105 people. Additionally the foyer area offers another 474m² (5105 ft²) of space and is ideal for coffee breaks or networking lunches/dinners/receptions). Moreover the entire space is perfectly suited for exhibitions.
Various Meeting Rooms – Up to 350 Guests
In addition to the ballroom, the congress area offers 20 further breakout rooms on two different floors. These can be set up for 5 to 350 people. Moreover we offer foyer space on all meeting floors.

Breakfast is served at The Greenhouse Restaurant and guests are welcome to enjoy small snacks and delicious drinks at our The Drop Bar.
